PEITC and Watercress
In the previous Blog, I noted that PEITC combined with high levels of glutamine could create a powerful synergy that reduces glutathione levels in cancer cells.
The following document shows that watercress, not broccoli or other vegetables, contains the highest concentration of PEITC.
